Seven checks between the quarry face and your site.
High-production machinery and automated CNC lines do the cutting. People do the checking — seven times, so what arrives is what you approved, on the date we promised.

Blocks chosen at the quarry face for colour, soundness and bed consistency.

Block inspection
Every block checked for cracks, voids and colour drift before cutting.

Gang-saw cut
Slabbed on high-production gang saws to your specified thickness.

Calibration
CNC calibration to exact thickness, so tiles lay flat and level.
- 05
Surface finish
Polished, honed, sandblasted, brushed or split, and checked against the approved sample.
- 06
Size & edge QC
Dimensions, squareness and edges measured piece by piece.
- 07
Crate & dispatch
Fumigated timber crates, strapped and labelled, then loaded for sea, air or door delivery.
